Accessing the 2008 course documents online

I am trying to find some notes on the linear circuit builder and I remembered that the 2008 course documents had a section on doing that.

So I tried to access them here:

or here
https://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/sta ... e/lincir1/

However, I get an error message of the kind:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /neuron/static/courses/2008/course/lincir1/arrange.html on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at http://www.neuron.yale.edu Port 443

Any chance this can be opened up for access again? Thanks very much.
