Is it possible to create a mod file for ATP or control HCN channel on cAMP concentration?

Yes. As with all computational modeling, you must first have a conceptual model of the process that you want to represent in the computer. This means you need a mathematical description of how ATP concentration is controlled, and how ATP concentration affects HCN channel gating.
