Is NEURON version 5.7 compatible with Windows 7?

Hi everyone, I'm having some troubles to open a model I create in a version 5.7 in Windows 7, but I didn't have problems to install this version.
Do you know what shoul I do?

I'd ask "what kind of troubles" but the first question is "why use NEURON 5.7 instead of the latest version of NEURON?"
