hi,
Many models contains the sAHP, fAHP channels. In these models calcium ACTIVATES the channel.
How can I describes a K+ channel that is deactivated by calcium? (e.g - as calcium decreased - the K_current increases)
thx.

Write down the equations that specify the voltage- and Ca-dependence of your mechanism.
Examine existing mechanisms to find one that comes closest to what you intend.
Modify it to express the exact voltage- and Ca-dependence that you want.
Test it to verify that you got what you wanted.
