is there any possibility to generate a Sholl plot with NEURON?

Sure. hoc has everything you need to do it, and there must be algorithms floating around
somewhere (maybe in Journal of Neuroscience Methods, or on the WWW).

thank you for this information.

I programmed the sholl plot analysis now with hoc code, this was no problem. But before beginning to code i just wanted to be sure that the sholl analysis is not already implemented yet.
