Hi,
I am working on a ca accumulation mechanism which i want to use in modeling pyramidal neurons found in v1 area of cat visual cortex.
I would be grateful if someone can tell me or point me in the right direction as to the approximate levels of intracellular calcium concentration that would lead to the death of the neuron.
thanks in advance
How much Ca accumulation can lead to the death of a neuron

Google this search string
+calcium "cell death"
and you'll find some useful info.
