I'm having difficulty getting NEURON to work on ubuntu , my initial attempt was to see if it would be possible to have it running on a live USB install , this way it could be portable wherever needed, but at the moment, all I'm getting are a significant number of errors. I'm running This version if it makes a difference.
Any help would be appreciated with this matter.

First get it working on an installation of Linux that lives on your hard disk.
