Thank you for help. Actually I used to use neuron with Hoc and .mod files. and I am trying to use your code, but it is not work, and I already installed neuron and Python. Is there a tutorial or video about using your code ?

If I have the rate of sodium and potassium (0.05 ms and 0.09 ms ) how can I write the new term which is responsible to depletion of potassium and add that term to the diffusion equation.. is it: ((Kbath-Ko)/tau)*volume/area surface. volume is a whole external volume between axon and FH space surface...
