Thanks, Ted. That is certainly a convenient method for cases with simple point processes like IClamp/SEClamp. Let's say I also had a segment that implemented pipette capacitance, in between the cell and the IClamp. Would it be reasonable to set the internal resisitivity of this segment to 1e9 -- or ...

In one case, the instrumentation changes, and I'd like to fit the (hopefully constant) passive properties of the cell that was recorded.
