mknrndll failure in 10.9.1

Hi All,
Just installed NEURON 7.3 on a Mac running OS 10.9.1 (updated yesterday). I have the latest version of Xcode (5.0.2), in which the command line tools are installed automatically. The nrngui works just fine, and I can run .hoc code. mknrndll, however, does not work: the error is "mknrndll.app is damaged and should be moved to the trash." I get the same error for modlunit, mos2nrn, and neurondemo.
I tried reinstalling NEURON, but to no avail.
I wonder whether the problem is in my .bash_profile or path? Or are there really problems with the NEURON files?
Thanks,
Josh
