Isotropic medium simulation

Post by cavarretta »

I would like to simulate the behaviour of an isotropic medium with an axial
transfer resistance of 1.65-3.9 (ohm m), which is the experimental finding for axial
transfer resistance ( "In Vivo Measurement of Cortical Impedance Spectrum in Monkeys:
Implications for Signal Propagation" Logothetis et al. Neuron 55, 809-823 (2007)
The extracellular package has an xraxial and an xg. Any suggestion on realistic values
for xg?

Go to the Hot tips area of The NEURON Forum and read the thread with the title
