Serial vs parallel

Hi Guys,
I am new to parallel neuron and i am facing a strange problem. Earlier my network gave same output when i ran it on parallel or serial neuron. I changed couple of templates and now i am getting different outputs. i did not change any of parallel code, just replaced the templates with new ones and updated my files to use the new templates. Does ne1 know what could be the problem??
