*.swc to Neurolucida conversion

I am interested in a program that could convert *.swc (Duke-Southampton archive of neuronal morphology) file formats in Neurolucida (*.asc files v. 3 or v. 2).
Can somebody help me?

You might ask the people at Microbrightfield if they know of such a tool.
