celsius affects the calculation of equilibrium potentials from concentrations (assuming that
equilibrium potentials are being calculated from concentrations--see discussion of ion_style
http://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/stati ... #ion_style).
Whether or not it affects mechanism rate constants depends on whether celsius is
explicitly used in the calculation of rate constants. The best way to discover if this is the
case with your favorite mechanisms, read their mod files.
