Plotting the lateral current of any segment

Post by OronKotler »

Hi all,
I am trying to plot the overall lateral ionic current flow of my system.
Note I am not trying to plot the membrane current, but the ionic current flowing via the cytoplasm.

1. Making duplicate posts is as a violation of forum etiquette--not just here in the NEURON Forum, but in all moderated fora. Your duplicate post has been deleted.

2. The term for what you are calling "lateral current" is "axial current" or "longitudinal current." It has been discussed many times in the Forum--use the Search tool.
