Model 135839 error issue

Hi,
I'm trying to use ModelDB:135839.
fter compiling the mod file and clicked on the mosinit.hoc, I got this error message:
I also tried auto-lanch, which seemed to have the same problem.
Could you please help me address where the problem is? Thank you in advance.
