NIA 2 crashes Firefox

Hello - when trying to run tutorials (any of them) on freshly downloaded NIA Firefox crashes and quits once I click "start the simulation". Does anybody have experience with this?

I'm not actually certain the following is relevant but you might try (from a terminal window)

Probably a good idea to first make a copy of the original nrngui.sh
