In order to simplified a model, I wish to separate slow conductances and fast conductances in to two different compartment.
The idea is to model fast conductances as a Leak Iintegrate and Fire compartment.
I didn't find any similar model on modelDB.
could anybody help me with the LIF compartment?

Thanks

Use spikeout.mod from the "conductance based" model cell in the NEURON implementation of the network for this paper:
Brette R, Rudolph M, Carnevale T, Hines M, Beeman D, Bower JM, Diesmann M, Morrison A, et al. (2007) Simulation of networks of spiking neurons: A review of tools and strategies. J Comp Neurosci 23:349-98
(source code available from ModelDB http://senselab.med.yale.edu/modeldb/ via accession number 83319).
You'll find the relevant files in the NEURON/coba subdirectory of the zip file you download from ModelDB.
