In the tutorial 1, it says that using 'nrniv prog1.nrn' to load a 'prog1.nrn' which saved by a editor. When I tried to load the program in which I wrote the first several lines demonstrated in the tutorial, NEURON showed me 'nrniv: syntax error'. The short program has been wrote as ASCII. Please help me.

That stuff was obsolete 15 years ago. We didn't create it and we don't maintain it. Study it if you want to learn how _not_ to use NEURON.
