Dear rth,

I also check and fix the Pashut code and found same error what you said before.
Even after fixing the Pashut code it induced nothing, it might be due to some other issues.
For example, the orientation of neuronal model, too coarse segment of axon, too small length of node (it make zero of E-field difference btw two nodes).

My colleague and I have dissected the method and code of the paper by Pashut et al. and identified the majority of problems related to the coupling of the electric field to the neuron model. The details are posted in an online comment to the publication:
