boolean function for mechanism?

Hi!

I was looking through the documentation trying to find a function which tests if a given mechanism is inserted within a section. What I'm trying to do is make a sectionlist of all sections with a given mechanism (actually what I'd really like to do is color a shapeplot according to that info, but I think I can figure that out after this). I'm sure there is either a straightforward or clever way to do this, but I can't quite figure it out.
