NRN7.3 windows 10 64bit

Hi
I am using NRN7.3 in OS of windows 10 64bit. I installed NRN7.4 and I faced the error message like the below. I remove NEURON and Cygwin and reinstalled both. But I see the same error message. Could you help me to solve this problem? I hope it is my simple mistake.
error message at cmd.ext
"0 [main] rxvt 11868 find_fast_cwd: WARNING: Couldn't compute FAST_CWD pointer. Please report this problem to the public mailing list cygwin@cygwin.com"
