Why don't you construct a computational model and find out for yourself?

Use the CellBuilder to create a model axon that consists of a chain of node and internode sections. Insert hh into the nodes, pas into the internodes. Make cm and g_pas in the internodes very small. Set e_pas to -65 mV. That will be good enough for a first approximation to myelinated axon.
