Version Controlling

Post by HPCGuy » Tue May 01, 2012 11:18 pm

Hi-

I noticed something that I think might make a useful feature for a future version of neuron.

It would be nice to have a way of adding version control to our models. Right now I am using hg but what would be very nice would be to have a way to go to a graph that I created and see what the model looked like at that point. It would also be very nice to have a built in scientific notebook that we can add notes to about what we were thinking in a particular model.

All the best,
HPCGuy

Take a look at Andrew Davison's "Sumatra"--http://neuralensemble.org/trac/sumatra
