Connect axon to dendrite

Hi,

I'm using the import3D to import real morphology cells from Neurolucida files. I didn't have any error when importing to neuron, only the following warning message.

Main branch starting at line 242 is outside the soma bounding boxes
Making a logical connection to center of nearest soma

This message is related with the connection of the axon that was changed by NEURON. In most of my cells the axon is connected to a dendrite and not to the soma. But it seems that NEURON's default is establishing the connection to the center of the soma. Is there any way to circumvent this problem?

Strange. I would have expected the connection to be made to the point that corresponds to the "parent data line." Can you zip up one or two morphology files that produce this message and email them to me?
